Building constructed for Vocational guidance in RD Khanolkar High School,
Math, Vengurla, Sindhudurg
A building was constructed to provide vocational guidance to students in rural areas by Saunvardhan Pratishthan. There is lack of scope for further education after SSC in rural areas due to which students aren’t able to pursue higher education or have to go to cities or bigger towns. But this is not affordable for a lot of students in rural areas. Thus, a vicious cycle of illiteracy and unemployment is created.
The aim of Saunvardhan Pratishthan is to help provide all the necessary educational facilities for the development of student in rural areas. Hence, Saunvardhan Pratishthan made a lot of efforts and constructed a building for vocational guidance, so that the condition of students can improve and by learning vocational skills they can be self-employed. In addition, Saunvardhan Pratishthan also helped in repair of toilets and improving the existing building of RD Khanolkar High school.
